Jessica Amicarella (Owner) - Level 3

I am the proud owner of The Lash House for the past 8 years. I also am the mom to two handsome boys, Austin (13) and Jack (11). I am a Colorado native, but received a marketing degree from California State University Northridge while playing volleyball.

I absolutely love what I do. I am able to have a positive impact of peoples day, and my clients leave feeling recharged and confident. As a certified lash artist, I guarantee the highest level of technical and artistic skill, specializing in a safe and healthy application.

My oldest son Austin is into dirt biking, and basketball. Jack is content with a football in hand! I love watching them grow and take great pride in raising respectful young men. We have horses, cows, chickens, dogs and manx cats.

Lexi Dickens- Level 3 and Lead Educator

Hey guys! My name is Lexi and I’m originally from Cheyenne Wyoming. I started at the Lash House in January of 21 and have been lashing since August of 20! I love all things rodeo and making women feel just as beautiful as they are. I specialize in lashes, waxing and skincare. I am certified in Xtreme volume, micro needling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. I just got married to my husband Kyle this past year, and we call Fort Collins home. Ronda White

I am Ronda White, the newest beauty professional at The Lash House. Certified in skin care, microdermabrasion, derma plane, chemical peels, waxing, brow laminations and lash lifts. I bring dedication and enthusiasm to each client session. I am committed to providing a comfortable, relaxing salon experience, and ensuring that you leave feeling energized, confident and radiant.

I am a Colorado native and a proud UNC Bear. Outside of work, I am passionate about spending quality time with my family. I can't wait to help you achieve your beauty goals!

Sydney Tipman

Hi friends! My name is Sydney and I am originally from Colorado. I recently started at The Lash House in April of 2025 after finishing school at The Hair and Skin Refinery. I currently do a little bit of everything and I am especially passionate about lash and brow services. I am so excited to be a part of The Lash House team and meet all of you-looking forward to making you feel beautiful!

Kassidy Pitner

Hi! I’m Kassidy, I’m a Northern Colorado native and licensed esthetician specializing in lash extensions. My goal is to help others build confidence and self-love in a welcoming, judgment-free space. I’m passionate about the beauty industry because it allows me to connect with amazing people and continuously grow and learn. I truly value building strong, long-term relationships with my clients and creating an experience where they feel seen, supported, and beautiful.

Hi everyone, my name is Bre. I am a tenured permanent makeup artist and educator. I love tattooing makeup, nothing makes me happier. I cannot wait to meet everyone! I offer former artist touch ups also, so don't be afraid to book a consultation with me and we can figure out a plan!

Jenny Hansen

Hey there! I am Jenny and I have lived in Windsor for 24 years. My husband and I have 3 children. When I am not working, I am golfing with friends or spending time with my husband and family.
