I’m Jessica, the owner and founder of The Lash House.
What began as a passion for helping women feel beautiful has grown into a luxury lash experience built on precision, education, and genuine connection. I believe lash extensions should do more than enhance your appearance—they should simplify your mornings, elevate your confidence, and make you feel like the best version of yourself every day.

At The Lash House, every appointment is completely customized to your unique eye shape, lifestyle, and beauty goals. My approach combines advanced techniques with meticulous attention to detail, creating healthy, long-lasting lashes that look effortless and feel comfortable to wear.

I’ve built The Lash House to be more than a salon. It’s a place where every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and leaves feeling confident. Whether you’re looking for a soft, natural enhancement or a bold, glamorous look, my goal is to provide an experience that exceeds your expectations from the moment you walk through the door.

When I’m not at The Lash House, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my husband and amazing boys, enjoying the outdoors, on the golf course, or at a rodeo. I believe life is all about creating meaningful experiences, building genuine relationships, and finding joy in the little moments.

Hi friends! My name is Sydney and I am originally from Colorado. I recently started at The Lash House in April of 2025 after finishing school at The Hair and Skin Refinery. I currently do a little bit of everything and I am especially passionate about lash and brow services. I am so excited to be a part of The Lash House team and meet all of you-looking forward to making you feel beautiful!

I am Chels! I was born and raised in northern Colorado out in the grasslands and was brought up in the rodeo and farming life. I have been lashing since 2022. I take pride in making others feel confident and beautiful with the services I provide! Come on in and see me!
Ronda White
Hi, I'm Ronda, a licensed esthetician and proud member of The Lash House of Windsor team since October 2024. I’m passionate about helping clients look and feel their best by offering a wide range of esthetic services including: facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, brow laminations, lash lifts, tinting, and waxing. While I don’t perform lash extensions, I love providing the many other services that help enhance my clients’ natural beauty.

One of my favorite parts of my career is building relationships with both new and returning clients. I truly enjoy getting to know each person who walks through our doors and helping them feel confident and cared for. Working at The Lash House in such a positive, supportive environment surrounded by amazing women makes what I do even more rewarding. Being part of each client's self-care journey and seeing their confidence grow is what inspires me every day. Looking forward to meeting you.

Before joining The Lash House, I was a loyal client for several years, so I experienced firsthand the incredible care, talent, and welcoming atmosphere that makes our salon so special. When the opportunity came to become part of the team 3½ years ago, it felt like the perfect fit.

One of my favorite parts of my role is building genuine relationships with our amazing clients. I love catching up with them during each visit, celebrating life’s milestones, and getting to know the wonderful people who walk through our doors. Helping create a warm, welcoming experience for everyone who visits The Lash House is something I truly enjoy.

Outside of the salon, I love spending time golfing and boating with my husband, family, and friends. We have three grown children who are our greatest joy, and I’m currently embracing what I like to call “Chapter 5” my 50s, a season filled with gratitude, new adventures, and making the most of every moment.
